How to cancel your account
To cancel your account log into the client area located here:
https://www.ezproxies.com/clients/
From here it is located by clicking on the following:
Services > View Details (located at the right of the product you want to cancel) > Management Actions > Request Cancelation
From here you can request for the cancelation to be immediate or at your next billing date.
